This is a useful maintenance session, especially when used at regular intervals throughout the year.
It allows you the space to perform an internal health body check, to enable you to take avoidance action before your pressure relief valve blows.
The hypno health spa is also recommended if you are a little anxious about hypnotherapy, come along for this 50 minute taster to allay all your misgivings.

4) Life Coaching

- You want a change ... but don't know what to or how to?
- Unplanned and unwanted circumstances have affected your life - what should you do?

Typically consisting of four sessions.
The first session lasts approximately two hours - it is used to get to know one another and find out what you would really like to accomplish.
As always, the process begins with information gathering.
You define your goal; then describe the reality of where you are now; what options we can uncover to help you achieve your goal; estimate how strong your will is to get you there and if necessary - to strengthen it.
Follow-on sessions are an hour's duration; the session plan works best if they are spaced a week apart.
You will receive email support and telephone mentoring during this period.
The aim is to focus your attention and energy on this project for a concentrated period of time; in order to get results!
